PikoBuy Buyer Glossary: W2C, QC & Parcel Terms
W2C and source links
W2C refers to where to find or buy a product. The useful evidence is the original listing and exact selected variant, not just a shared image.
QC and warehouse approval
QC photographs show visible item details after receipt. They support a keep-or-return decision but do not authenticate goods or prove internal performance.
Purchase order and international parcel
A purchase order concerns buying the item and receiving it at the warehouse. An international parcel is created later with selected warehouse goods, a destination, a route and a separate shipping payment.
Billable weight
A route can compare actual weight with volumetric weight using its own billing rule. Final packed dimensions matter, particularly for light but bulky goods.
